Designed for hard geological conditionsSpecifically –Whether it is hard permafrost, dense hard soil, or weathered soft rock, it can be broken and loosened through powerful hydraulic force, clearing obstacles for subsequent excavation or leveling.
Super wear-resistant core components–The tip of the loosening teeth is made by hard alloy surfacing welding, which greatly enhances wear resistance and penetration. The tooth body is integrally cast to ensure it does not deform or break under heavy load impact.
Robust structure, long-lasting and reliable–The main body is made of high-strength manganese steel plates, and the key connecting pins are made of special alloy steel with built-in oil channels. The entire structure has excellent torsional resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
Flexible configuration, efficiency selectable–Two main types are provided: single-tooth and multi-tooth. Single teeth have strong adaptability and concentrated impact force, making them suitable for extremely hard or mixed strata. Multi-toothed ones cover a wider area and have a higher efficiency in loosening the soil.

Assessment of geological hardness and objectives–The primary task is to confirm the type of stratum to be treated, such as ordinary hard soil, stony soil layer or weathered rock.We canselect the tooth shape and quantity to meet the depth requirements for operation.
Match your excavator’s tonnage–Select the corresponding model based on the excavator’s tonnage and output force. Excavators with larger tonnage (such as those over 20 tons) can be equipped with more powerful soil looseners to deal with more complex strata.
Select the tooth type based on efficiency requirements–If the maximum crushing force on a specific hard point is pursued, a single-tooth soil loosening device should be chosen. If large-scale rapid loosening is required on relatively soft rock and soil or frozen soil, a multi-tooth soil loosening device is more suitable.
Confirm the connection of hydraulic pipelines–Make sure your excavator is equipped with available hydraulic pipelines and control valves. Our soil looseners offer standard interfaces and are compatible with most brand models.
